BURANJE Asano shop Old road main store

The store where the bread baking one after another in Ishigama in old Karuizawa Ginza Dori is very popular. It's also popular as breakfast Restaurant at 11:00.

The menu popular by a morning coat, "galette of rye made in Shinshu". Galette means "the dish baked roundly" by French, and there are a lot of things which use buckwheat flour mainly, at Asano shop, using lie wheat flour, when, when I eat, the flavor of the rye spreads. Sheridan

A shop's name is named from the way which passes through Michigan lakeside in Chicago "Sheridan load". A store owner liked breakfast from Chicago at a destination, and because the climate of Karuizawa and the climate were similar, a cafe of breakfast for Chicago style and brunch was opened.

"Sato of" a firefly where the calm country landscape spreads in Karuizawa. A store of the big isolated house built in a wide site facing Satoyama. Ottate tea shop

The long-established store coffee shop carried on at the same place since open. The breakfast set called "good morning, service" from the front of a breakfast boom is famous. The menu comes with ham and eggs, a toast, salad and coffee, and is simple. That one keeps making storekeeper since open, the thickness and cooking are exquisite for toast. The ham baked quickly is added to 2 sunny-side up. Homemade soy sauce dressing is famous for salad with local lettuce.

The retrospective cabin-type interior

The atmosphere a souvenir from store owner's favorite and regular customer visitor is displayed in the store it's being remodeled sometime after a store is opened but which is a log house wind, and for which I'm homesick.
