The small-sized gyoza are characterized by their bean paste, which contains no ground meat, and are made with only domestic vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, cabbage, and garlic for a refreshing taste. This yakiniku restaurant buys a whole head of Wagyu beef and offers rare cuts at reasonable prices. Including the Gotanda location, there are 13 restaurants in Tokyo. The restaurant's specialty menu item is the "One-Sided Seared Tongue Salt. As the name suggests, it is a beef tongue with a green onion salt sauce that is seared on one side and served half-rare. It is a bit extravagant for children, but it is sure to be a hit with the whole family. There are several private rooms available for families, so you can enjoy yakiniku without worrying if you have small children.
Rare cuts of beef are reasonably priced because the restaurant specializes in buying a whole cow of Wagyu beef!
