8Cafe Mugiwara
Additive-free bread with the aroma of domestic wheat that is gentle to the body
This bakery café is popular for its homemade bread made with domestic wheat and natural yeast. Using organic ingredients as much as possible, the breads are healthy and include breads without sugar or salt and 100% plant-based breads. The restaurant offers bread and soup plates and sandwiches. The menu offers a variety of options to meet different needs, including macrobiotic and vegetarian options, caffeine-free grain coffee, and enzyme juices. Morning breakfasts at the cafe are also popular
At the café, you can also buy bread and baked goods lined up in the store and eat in. Every morning from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., the café also offers a morning breakfast, where you can enjoy a "sandwich plate" and a "mini bread plate. Because Mugiwara's bread is fermented for two days to bring out the best flavor of the wheat, the amount of bread baked in a day is limited, so popular breads are often sold out early in the day. In particular, reservations are recommended for the "Pain de Mie" and "Campagne" breads. In addition to bread, the restaurant also offers a selection of carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan.
