The 300-meter-high skyscraper is the symbol of the Abeno/Tennoji area. The centerpiece is the "Harukas 300 (Observation Deck)," located on the 58th to 60th floors, with a 360-degree panoramic view of the corridor from the ceiling to the feet. Below you can see the city of Osaka as if it were a diorama. On a clear day, the view of Mt. Rokko, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and Awaji Island is spectacular.
On the 59th floor, goods featuring the Harukas 300 character "Abeno Abea" and original Abeno Harukas confections are sold. There is also a café on the 58th floor with a "sky garden" in the atrium, which is convenient for taking a break.

In the "Pacific Ocean" tank with a water volume of approximately 5,400 tons, a whale shark, which can grow to more than 12 meters, swims in a leisurely manner. Kushikatsu skewers start at 120 yen each. More than 20 types are always available, including chicken skewers, beef skewers, red ginger, shrimp, and lotus root skewers.
No visit to Osaka is complete without trying one of the city's famous kushikatsu, and at the Eki Marche Shin-Osaka in JR Shin-Osaka Station, you can enjoy the taste of Matsuba Sohonten, which has a long history in Umeda, Osaka, at the Eki-naka station. Freshly deep-fried kushikatsu appear one after another on the bat in front of the counter. You can take any skewer you like, but if you want it hot, you can have it re-fried.
The skewers are made of fine bread crumbs and have a light, crispy texture. The "wakadori" (young chicken), which is spicy with curry powder as a base seasoning, will fill your mouth with the delicious flavor of chicken when you bite into it with the bone. Pork buns are one of the most popular souvenirs of Osaka, and have been made using the same production method since 1946, with an average daily sales volume of approximately 170,000. The fluffy, slightly sweet dough is filled with juicy, flavorful pork and sweet onions. The simple seasoning makes the most of the natural flavors of the ingredients, and is accented by the mustard produced in-house every day.
Each pork bun is hand-wrapped by artisans and sold at all 551HORAI stores.
