Located along Route 10, the store opens at 7:00 am. There are always about 100 varieties of breads from soft and fluffy to hard breads, and 70 to 80 varieties are on display even right after the store opens. The breads are characterized by their chunky texture made from homemade fermented seeds that have been connected for 14 years since the store opened.
There are also many cooked breads such as sandwiches, dogs, and burgers, and they are generous in volume. The salt pork with salt, garlic, and herbs is marinated for two nights, the hot dog sauce is also homemade, and most of the ingredients are handmade.

Breads, baked goods and sundries. A store filled with cuteness!
Located away from the city center of Beppu, this bakery sells bread and baked goods, as well as a few sundries. The cute appearance of the store, which looks like something out of a picture book, makes you excited even before you enter. The bakery uses carefully selected ingredients such as milk from Tsukahara Kogen, eggs from Kusumi Kogen, and washing sugar.
The most popular item is "cream bread" filled with custard cream, which the owner puts his heart and soul into making; second is "croissant" with germ, which is rich in minerals and crispy when lightly baked; and third is "sausage bread" with a crunchy texture and whole grain dough, which is very satisfying.
A full lineup of hard breads that you want to chew and savor.
We also recommend the baguette, which is fermented at a low temperature for a long time to give it the flavor of flour. Spread cream cheese or drizzle olive oil on it and enjoy it with soup or side dishes. The restaurant is a face-to-face style where you order items on the line and Staff/staff members take them from you with tongs. It is a great way to enjoy choosing while chatting with the smiling staff.
The baked goods department in the store is handled by Ricothé, a store that used to be open only a few days a week in Oita City. Canulés, lemon cakes, cookies, and more are available. Mugs, socks, and other miscellaneous goods are also available in the store.

Inheriting the founder's intention, the store continues to produce large, hearty breads. The best example of this is the store's centerpiece, anpan.
