We recommend "HITOTOYAMA MUJIN SHOKURO" in HITOTOYAMA hot spring village.
It sells Kagoshima's fermented foods and healthful daily-use items.
In addition, the food at the diner, which uses a lot of locally grown vegetables, and the footbath of the chloride spring are great.

Kirishima Shinsuikyo near Kirishima Jingu Shrine is recommended.

Last year, my friends and I went to Ureshino hot spring in Saga Prefecture. I will never forget the experience of Tea Tourism, which is a combination of hot springs, Ureshino tea, and pottery.
I also like to travel alone, and when I went to Awaji Island, known as the "fragrant island," I fully enjoyed the aroma and herb tea that I love so much.

You can do yoga or take a forest bath. Breathing in the clean air of Kirishima is very relaxing.

I often travel with only one bag, but I always bring a water bottle and a hairbrush because I don't want to leave any garbage at my destination.
