When I set one step of foot on the town which was wrapped in the tone of the street car which sounds cleverly, rendezvousing I don't begin to think of which with the people abundant in pathos starts. - A recommendation point in Otsuka area?
A festival is much for Otsuka in autumn. Otsuka rose festival, Otsuka merchant festival, a music festival and various events are held by a beer festival, Regular grand Festival in Mr. ancestor of emperor shrine and October in September. Mr. neighborhood is opened by Otsuka merchant festival in particular, too, without the fact mistakes from which 2 days which rise very much have passed!
