This café offers a taste of "third wave coffee," a coffee culture that originated in San Francisco. Five types of coffee are always available, including organic and limited-time-only flavors. We are particular about single-origin coffee beans roasted by a prestigious roaster in San Francisco. The coffee is carefully hand-dripped to bring out the best of the ingredients, giving it a high quality flavor.
Food includes three kinds of thick toast including butter maple syrup and handmade cakes. Lunch sandwiches and focaccia are hearty and highly recommended.

The building of Kawaguchiko Kinohana Museum of Art is themed on the world of the picture book "Tasir Enit Museum. This café, located on the premises, is inspired by the fairyland where the main character, "Dayan," the cat, lives. The main floor has a modern monotone design. The name of the restaurant comes from "Mr. Olson" who appears in the story. He is a character who opens a farm and grows a lot of food, which fits the name of this restaurant where delicious food is available.
