Founded in 1955, the restaurant has been passed down from father to son for three generations, and on weekends, you can find many tourists waiting in line for a bowl of kaisendon. In addition to kaisendon, the restaurant's appeal lies in the variety of Matsue's local ingredients, such as boiled nodoguro (fatty bluefin tuna), sashimi of flying fish, fresh Matsuba crab, and turban shells grilled in a jar, all of which are representative of Shimane Prefecture and can be enjoyed at reasonable prices.
