6Sato Suisan "Salmon rooibe pickles
Salmon and salmon roe in soy sauce from Hokkaido, which makes the meal go down a treat.
Rooibe, a local dish of Hokkaido, is sashimi made by slicing frozen salmon or trout into thin slices before thawing. It is said that the raw smell of the fish is reduced and its melt-in-your-mouth texture and umami taste are enhanced by making the fish rooibe instead of raw.
Salmon Rooibe Zuke" is a salmon delicacy made by marinating wild Hokkaido salmon rooibe and salmon roe in a salmon soy sauce sauce made from salmon and then freezing it. It is sold frozen or thawed, in cups or jars, and thawed salmon rooibe pickles are also sold by weight in 100g increments.
The umami flavor is concentrated and the saltiness is just right, so when served over rice, it is so delicious that you will want to have more and more servings. For those who like to drink, it is perfect as a snack, and for those who are health-conscious, it is also recommended to eat it on salads instead of dressing.
Product name/price: 140g jar of salmon rooibe pickles, 1,640 yen, etc.
