The béchamel sauce, made from the boiled water of snow crab, has a mild taste with the flavor of crab condensed in it. The batter, made from freshly prepared homemade lard extracted from pork back fat, is crispy and light, and when you put your chopsticks into the batter, a rich sauce overflows from the thin layer.

The restaurant is run by the family, with the elder brother currently managing the restaurant and the younger brother taking on the role of chef. The brothers continue to preserve the traditional flavors created by their grandfather and father.
The demi-glace sauce, another specialty of the restaurant, takes two weeks to complete. The richness of the sauce is created by slowly simmering beef and vegetables with red wine. The sauce is made without adding any additional ingredients, and is prepared with the perfect amount of care, taking into consideration the climate and temperature at the time. To directly enjoy the flavor of the sauce, we recommend the hashed rice, which is limited to 10 servings per day.

Local Guide Comment
From dishes with demi-glace sauce to fried dishes, everything you eat will exceed your expectations. The most popular menu item since the establishment of the restaurant, "sauteed beef," is served refreshingly with grated radish.

The interior of the restaurant has a Japanese taste that makes it hard to believe it is a Western-style restaurant. The interior is decorated in a friendly manner with a downtown feel, according to the taste of the father who preceded the restaurant. The walls are decorated with items such as lanterns and photos of Asakusa's famous Sanja Festival, which shows the owner's love of festivals.
The fried food menu here is also noteworthy, including fried shrimp, tonkatsu (pork cutlets), and kushikatsu (pork skewers).
