The parfaits are so gorgeous that the moment you see them, you will cheer. 90% of the contents are fruits, and whipped cream and ice cream are kept to a minimum in order to create a composition that allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the fruits. Fruits are purchased fresh from the market every morning and cut just before serving, so their freshness is exceptional. There is no standard menu, but parfaits using the most delicious fruits of the season, such as strawberries, mangoes, peaches, Shine Muscat, and Red Madonna, are available.

The homemade bean paste, made from the owner's grandmother's recipe, features azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, boiled with hojicha (roasted green tea) for a refreshing taste. Five types of o-hagi are standard: azuki bean, white bean paste, green tea, kinako (soybean flour), and black sesame, and seasonal o-hagi are also available. Yakisoba is another fan favorite, with a choice of sauce or salt flavor and thin or medium-thick noodles. The menu also features other unique dishes such as anmitsu (bean jam) and tokoroten (fried bean curd) made with green tea agar.

The open, two-story building was renovated by the owner's husband, an architect, to resemble a Parisian town. Originally started as a kitchen car, the restaurant has an exciting outdoor setting that includes a citroentruck that is still in use today. In the back of the store, there is a corner with a 100-year-old fireplace relocated from France and loft seating, offering completely different ways to spend time depending on where you sit. Pop-up stores and exhibitions are also held regularly in the store, and the atmosphere changes according to the theme.

The broth made from eight natural ingredients, including kelp and Japanese sardines, has a taste that gradually permeates the body, and goes perfectly with the smooth noodles imported from a noodle mill in Kagawa. The small plates used in the restaurant are fired by the owner's wife in her pottery kiln at home. The name "kohiki" comes from the process of "kohiki" in pottery, and the dishes prepared by the owner are served by his wife.
