Coffee opera (cafe opera)

Long-established store coffee shop of 1982 year (in 1982) foundation. When I enter a store, one step of nostalgic world which has time-travelled spreads though it's in a center of old Karuizawa Ginza Dori.

Cafe and RAFINE

5 bananas are used in one hole cake.

Grape juice of the straight 100% "GUREIPUJUSU" custom-ordered in Shinano wine from Shiojiri. In the taste thick by the thing which squeezes a grape made in Shinshu and makes them freeze once. The area where this part is also humid at the inside in Karuizawa. It may be possible to be often covered by fog up and see the fantastic landscape.

Cafe RU Petit and NI TOROWA

The heart which is recommended to the person who would like to enjoy good coffee is the cafe which calms down. The fragrant fragrance is doing private roast of coffee beans, and floats in the store. To bake a popular pancake using sheet copper, the baking color is beautiful light brown. I'll have it with homemade fruits of preserves (for photograph, strawberry), butter and maple syrup.

The local specialty French toast I'd like to reserve and eat

A French toast of local specialty needs reservation. It's to bet the bread cut thickly one night and soak in egg mixture.
