A handmade cheesecake store specializing in takeout. It is also a well-known store that has been loved by the locals for about 20 years.
The main items are two types of baked cheesecakes, "Tarte au Fromage" and "Chocolat au Fromage. The tart dough is crispy and chewy like a cookie, and the cheeses are made from a unique blend of Swiss, French, and Danish cheeses. In order to bring out the original flavor of the cheeses, we also add acidity with our special yogurt and sour cream. The result is a dish that stands out for its fresh flavor.

In addition to whole cheesecakes, there are about 5 types of cheesecakes available by the piece in the showcase. In addition, gâteau chocolat and tarts are also on display. The cheesecakes are filled with the owner's commitment to "offer good products with a little bit of richness, even though they may look the same. Matsumoto Muffin is a patisserie with a reputation for its original cakes and lovely-looking baked goods.
The most popular souvenir and gift item is the "Shinshu Miso Mona Lantern. Shinshu sesame seeds and walnuts are mixed with Shinshu two-year-old miso paste, which is hardened with caramel and stuffed into the skin of a mona lantern. The design of the mona-lantern is a colorful Matsumoto Temari style using a food printer. The sweetness of the caramel, the flavor of walnuts and sesame seeds, and the savory aroma of the miso all combine to create an addictive taste.

The store's concept is to make sweets that are locally produced for local consumption and additive-free as much as possible, and the showcase is filled with cakes made with local seasonal fruits and specialties, such as watermelons from the Hada area of Matsumoto and lemons from Azumino.
There is also a wide variety of baked goods. Uniquely designed sweets such as original photo plate cakes and printed cakes are also popular.

The simple baked sweets lined up in the store directly express the flavor of the ingredients, so we are more particular about the ingredients than most people. The ingredients are carefully selected for their safety, not only in terms of their place of origin and quality of ingredients, but also in terms of preservatives used in the raising and cultivation process.
The signature muffins range from plain to seasonal fruits such as Azumino blueberries and Azumino apples grown with reduced agricultural chemicals, with seven to eight varieties always available.
