5HIKARIYAHIGASHI HIKARIYANISHI
Restaurant where renovations set built main building in a noble family store "light shop (light and)" and warehouse to 1887 (1887). There was a possibility of a time demolition, but a present owner, in 2007 (2007), a main building, in "HIKARIYAHIGASHI" in Nihon Ryoriten. A warehouse is opened as "HIKARIYANISHI" in a "NACHUREFURENCHI" store. Though it's refined, you can have a meal at the space where I was homesick somewhere and cooled down.
"HIKARIYAHIGASHI" can enjoy an authentic KAI Local Flavors dish using the local ingredients. Lunch, like, I can receive the taste by the table using a KAI Local Flavors dish and Shinshu Japanese Wagyu beef and Set Meal of bandit baking of local specialty. Recommendation at noon, "near circle individual box containing personal tableware With Soba Noodles Made from 100% Buckwheat Flour". Cooked vegetables, a boiled meat cube, tempura and 'sashimi' are dished up and are also included in Soba Noodles Made from 100% Buckwheat Flour with Shinshu buckwheat flour in 3 steps of maruhakojuu. Only something a piece of the time and effort or outrigger taste is elegant, and one piece is deep.
