Cakes and baked goods are made daily in the open kitchen behind the showcase. The processes of filling the cream and cutting the dough are all done by hand, without the use of machines, so you can always taste freshly made cakes. The cakes are light and light to the touch with lots of fruit, and are well-received, with even a woman being able to eat two or three cakes. Of particular note is the cake made with crepe dough. We recommend the mille crepe, which is layered with dough, cream, and strawberries, or the crepe fraiche, which is kiwi, banana, strawberry, and cream wrapped in a drawstring shape.
