Gorgeous Sakuranamiki which is most popular and continues forever 4 km by "Tsuchiura Cherry Blossom Festival"

Sakuragawa who flows through the center of Tsuchiura-shi and flows into Kasumigaura. Sakuranamiki leads to both banks over about 4 km from the estuary neighborhood. Kijo (putting, quire) park

It's satisfied with collaboration of the history heritage which represents Tsuchiura and a salted cherry leave.

The "Tsuchiura castle" built at the Eikyou year of Muromachi era (1429-1440). Shinkawa (pith or, WA) bank

If charm of petals floating in a river and a salted cherry leave is enjoyed purely in an arch of a cherry tree, it's to here.

Tsuchiura-shi, Shinkawa who lies down on east and west is the small river which flows in the quiet residential area. A row of trees of a Someiyoshino cherry tree ranges over about 2 km of riverside, and a riverside is dyed in light pink in a flowering period. The scenery of the upper reaches where the other width of a rivers about 1 km of view around "Jin Tenkyou" recommends from JR Tsuchiura Station narrow is also special. Manabe elementary school

5 big trees born from graduate's present "Manabe's Cherryblossom"

5 Someiyoshino cherry trees planted in school grounds in an elementary school. It's designated as a natural monument of Ibaraki by the name of "Manabe's Cherryblossom". The appearance by which the branch which starts with the nursery tree a graduate sent to the completion commemoration of a new school building (in 1907) in 1907, is biggest by now, grows into height 11m and 5.1m around the trunk and develops to the square gracefully also is with a remarkable character with 20 m at the most. The bloom season is so showy that I utter a sigh.
There was first in the corner in school grounds, but it's in the end when an expansion project in school grounds was repeated and the center. It was a symbol at school soon, and it started to be opened to the public. The state lit up can also be enjoyed in the evening.
