The owner's elaborate arrangements of oden and a la carte dishes are exquisite!
This stand bar is located about a 5-minute walk from Shinsekai on the Ebisucho side of the street. Located near a residential area, it is crowded with regular customers who live nearby. Among the attractive a la carte dishes on offer, we recommend the oden arranged with a little extra effort by the owner. The "Daikon Karaage" is a deep-fried daikon radish soaked in oden broth. The daikon is soft and tender after being slowly stewed, and the flavor of the broth is concentrated in the daikon. The Mozuku Tamago-yaki is another simple yet popular dish that combines the soft and fluffy omelet with the texture and aroma of mozuku seaweed.
The owner's playful atmosphere and dishes are also noteworthy!
The interior of the restaurant, which mainly consists of a counter, is a playful space filled with the owner's hobbies. The shelves are lined with CDs of various genres collected by the owner, who is a music lover, and a DJ set is set up next to the shelves. He also holds music events on an irregular basis.
The menu includes standard dishes such as sashimi and oden, as well as a la carte dishes using ingredients purchased on the day.
