What is a trip that remains in your memory?: During my university days, I traveled with study-abroad friends by boat from Bali, Indonesia, to Gili Trawangan Island. The island's sea was as clear as mineral water, and environmental conservation is strictly practiced there. The means of transportation were walking, bicycles, and horse-drawn carriages, and I spent a rich time at a luxurious tropical-style hotel.

How do you spend your days off?: On my days off, I live in harmony with nature and health, enjoying ingredients sourced from producers I am close with, natural wines, fasting, and yoga. I particularly value fasting, as it provides such a deep detox that for a few days after finishing, I can actually taste the additives clinging to my tongue from the food I eat.

Is there anything you always bring with you when you travel?: It is the palm-sized compact camera, the DJI Osmo Pocket 3.
For everyday snapshots, selfies, and other scenes that "do not involve intense movement," it captures stable, high-quality footage without shake, so I use it to film delicious food and wonderful scenery during my travels, which I then edit and upload to social media.
