Beppu easy tench

The nostalgic amusement park dyed in full-blown pink

Amusement park in the Kyushu oldest of 1929 year (in 1929) foundation. Cloud of steam observatory

A cherry tree and Beppu where costarring of a cloud of steam is spring, enjoy yourself.

That one of Beppuhot spring villages "Kannawa (can rope), hot spring" mumbles, it's famous for the cloud of steam which stands up. The one in the way to the slope following a residential area in Kannawa hot spring, "cloud of steam observatory". You can get a bird's-eye view of the mountains of Tsurumidake where I dominate the inside and Ohirayama (Ogiyama) etc. including a cloud of steam in hot spring district from observatory. Its scenery was chosen as the 2nd place of whole country following Mt. Fuji by the "landscape of" Japan where I'd like to leave it in the 21st century NHK generally solicited from the whole country in 2001. A cloud of steam is the light which is lit up and is warm on a weekend, and colored streets are fantastic beauty.

Garden of Ogiyama cherry tree

It's most suitable for a flower viewing drive. Carpet of the cherry tree which lacked half a century and spread

Ohirayama which is called a common name "Ogiyama" from the shape that a fan was opened reversely. The "Ogiyama fire festival" which is charming sights in spring of Beppu is performed at the beginning of April every year, and a surface of a mountain is wrapped in a flame. That it's in the side in the mountain, "garden of Ogiyama cherry tree". I kept planting a cherry tree tree in the place which were wilds originally from 1970 's, and it was the place where about 6000 cherry tree trees gather via the time of the approximately 50 years.
It's located in about 400 m of altitude and you can get a bird's-eye view of Beppu bay and a Beppu city over a cherry tree. Beppu ropeway

It's satisfied with a superb view only in spring while doing a walk in the air.

"Aso KUJUU national park" which extends over Oita and Kumamoto. You can reach the top of mountain in Tsurumidake of the altitude 1,375m which is its part in about 10 minutes using "Beppu ropeway". The JUU mountain range where Beppu bay is baked can look the grand scenery around 360 times including streets in the Beppu town from each Yamaue place.
It's possible to see MAMEZAKURA where you assume that a mountain cherry in Tsurumidake hillside is unusual at Kyushu near the peak while taking a ropeway in spring. The Tsurumidake natural park which spreads next to the "Beppu Takaharu Station" which takes a ropeway "Sato in four seasons", then about 2000 cherry trees such as Oshima-zakura flowering cherry and BOTANZAKURA bloom focusing on a Someiyoshino cherry tree. When looking down from the top of a ropeway, the sea of a pink cherry tree where the shade is here spreads.

Shidaka-ko Lake (A fern is written.)

Place by the relaxation of the Beppu citizen who can also enjoy flower viewing from a lake

From a Beppu city, a car, the lake in the location of the dispatch for about 20 minutes. It's located in high plain of the part of "Aso KUJUU national park" and about 600 m of altitude and is the place loved by a Beppu citizen from the old days as the superb view spot which can wish for Yufudake and Tsurumidake both.
A cherry tree is in full bloom in lakeside and while comfortable air is flowing, spring can enjoy flower viewing. A mountain cherry and a double flowering cherry tree as well as a Someiyoshino cherry tree are making a flower bloom one after another, and I'm late more slightly than a plain and meet full bloom. The other esplanades where you can lay a seat out and do flower viewing are maintained, so it's also most suitable for the walk which is while loving a cherry tree. It's possible to take a boat and enjoy flower viewing from a lake, and resort feeling can be tasted.

Sakuranamiki along Oita-gawa

The flower viewing spot which can meet the scene which symbolizes Yufuin in spring

It's an ideal flower viewing walk course along Oita-gawa which flows through the center of the town in Yufuin. You can meet best time of a cherry tree in the beginning of ordinary year April and enjoy the scenery which symbolizes Yufuin in spring. I walk from Yufuin station in particular, and a promenade to the castle bridge" in the "going out bridge" empty upper reaches for about 10 minutes "rape blossom bank" is recommended. If Yufuin in spring was visited, the state Sakuranamiki and a rape blossom color showily with Yufudake called "Bungo Fuji" in the background is the superb view which can't be overlooked.
When advancing towards the upper reaches more from a castle bridge, you can also walk to one of tourist attractions which represent Yufuin "gold scale lake (RIN KO which isn't put on)". A cherry tree season is crowded with a tourist, so walk of the morning's earliness would be good to avoid crowding.
