5Chinese Tea Cafe qilin
Chinese Tea Cafe qilin is a specialty Chinese tea store, which is rare in Yatsugatake, where there are many Italian restaurants, soba restaurants, and cafes. The owner is a qualified professional tea master with expertise in brewing delicious Chinese tea. He opened this store because he was fascinated by the wide variety of Chinese teas available and easy to drink. Chinese tea brewed properly in a pot has a mellow aroma and gentle taste. I feel as if I am becoming more beautiful from within. In the store, you can enjoy more than 15 kinds of teas, from famous teas such as "Frozen Tung Oolong Tea" and "Golden Gui" to "White Tea" and "Zhengshan Xiaozhu" (Chinese black tea), which have recently become popular in China.
Along with Chinese teas, the restaurant's specialty is Cantonese porridge and dim sum. Unlike Japanese congee, Cantonese congee is cooked in a broth made from scallops, chicken, and other ingredients, and the flavor is well seasoned, making it easy on the stomach yet satisfying. We recommend mixing in crunchy fried wonton skins or Chinese pickles for a different flavor. The dim sum is authentic and made by a former chef from Yokohama's Chinatown. You can order them even after lunch time. Homemade desserts such as mango pudding and fried sesame dumplings also go well with Chinese tea.

9kern coffee hakusyu main store
Cologne Coffee Hakushu Main Store has been in business for over 50 years in Hakushu, located at the foot of the famous "Kaikomagatake" mountain in the Southern Alps. At the time of its opening, it was rare to find a specialty coffee shop that roasted its own coffee, and through repeated trial and error, the store advanced its own roasting process.
High-quality coffee beans carefully selected from around the world are carefully roasted in a roasting machine manufactured by Diedrich Coffee Roaster in the U.S., which is used by many famous home-roasting stores in Seattle. Of course, coffee is brewed with Hakushu's famous water. The mellow water enhances the rich flavor of the coffee.
Enjoy original blends inspired by the Hakushu region
The "Hakushu Blend" is a must-try when visiting the store. The coffee is an original blend created to "express the wonderful scenery of Hakushu, such as the murmuring of the clear Oshira River and the majestic peaks of Mount Kaikomagatake, through coffee. There are two types of coffee: "Horoniga," with a perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness, and "Mellow," with a berry-like acidity and soft taste, both of which go well with Japanese food and sweet confections. We recommend tasting them with cakes that change daily, such as rare cheese cake and chocolate cake.

11cafe Whale spider
Cafe Whale Spider is marked by a large old house with a roof that looks like something out of an old tale. The owner and his wife were thinking of a name that would be easy to remember and familiar, and a children's story about a whale that appeared in a first grade elementary school textbook came to mind. The store, which makes use of the earthen floor of an old private house as it is, has a wood-burning stove, and a friendly and cozy atmosphere flows through the store.
Ingredients nurtured by the nature of Akeno harmonize on the plate
