"ritsu Nebuta" in Goshogawara-shi (quality Dummy Float Festival called Neputa) is held from August 4 to the 8th every year. The height by which this feature is a float by far the most. "Hachinohe three company grand festival" which takes pride in history in approximately 300 is registered with national important intangible folk cultural properties and UNESCO intangible cultural heritage. A highlight, Mt.nou (O sees.) shrine and Choja, the Mikoshi Shrine matrix of the Shragi shrine and 3 shrines of Jin Akemiya and movement of a gorgeous float. "Dummy Float Festival called Neputa festival" in Hirosaki-shi is registered with national important intangible folk cultural properties. The fan-shaped "fan Dummy Float Festival called Neputa" to which the feature gave a picture of warriors of Sanguozhi and Water Margin. It was drawn with the delicate color, about 80 of splendid "Dummy Float Festival called Neputa" takes the field and appears vividly in darkness at night heroically.

It's made one of "Japanese three big sink dance" as well as the Awa Odori dance and a dance on the group.
