2KANEL BREAD
The theme is "Delicious food that is close at hand.
The bakery is located right in front of Kuroiso Station. With the theme of "delicious food made with ingredients available close at hand," bread made with domestic wheat and local ingredients is popular.
The "Whey Bread Series" is the center of attention. Whey is a byproduct of making cheese from raw milk, which is used to make high-protein, mineral-rich bread. Whey bread is highly nutritious and has a fluffy taste. Because Nasu is home to a thriving dairy farming industry, it is possible to realize a regional cycle.
You can also enjoy meals and sweets at the stylish café attached to the restaurant.
KANEL BREAD makes breads that bring out the best of the ingredients, and this commitment is also reflected in the "iris bread & coffee" café located next to the bakery. Not only can customers enjoy bread purchased at the bakery, they can also enjoy a menu of meals and sweets made with local ingredients. Spend your break time with cakes carefully made in the dedicated workshop and coffee made from carefully selected coffee beans. For bread drinkers, we also recommend the owner's carefully selected natural wines sold at the bakery.

3croce - Bakery in the forest
A secluded bakery tucked away in the woods
This small bakery is located in a villa area away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is well known by those in the know. The baking process is often inspired by everyday life, and the bakery offers a wide variety of rustic, home-style breads, including croissants and brioche. All of the breads are exquisite, including bread with enzyme brown rice kneaded into the dough, bread made with natural yeast, and bread made by simply mixing the ingredients without kneading once. A wide variety of baked goods such as cookies, scones, and florentines, as well as cakes made with simple ingredients, are also products that have many strong fans.
Take a breather in the retro atmosphere of the bakery
The retro furniture and sundries in the store were selected by the owner, who loves antiques. In a wooden box case on the table, shiny and glossy breads are neatly arranged, and when the lid is opened, a fragrant aroma wafts in. Sitting in one of the chairs while listening to the pendulum clock, you will feel as if you have entered the world of a picture book.
The restaurant also offers morning and lunch menus. Sandwiches and toast made with homemade bread are available upon reservation at least one day in advance.

The bakery's additive-free breads with fruits are very popular. In order to let customers enjoy the original taste of the ingredients, the bakery does not use any preservatives or coloring agents.
The most popular bread, "Contract Farmer's Tochiotome," is made from Tochiotome strawberries at their peak of ripeness. You can enjoy the perfect balance between the mellow aroma of strawberries and the perfect amount of sourness. Pane Arancia" is a classic product that has been loved for many years. The compote and orange cream are all handmade, and more than 100 oranges are carefully prepared each day.
The restaurant's chef prepares a special bread unique to the highlands.
The bread served at the Italian Restaurant "Gioia Mia" along the Nasu Highway was so well received that a bakery, Belle Fleur, was opened in an adjacent location.
The chef says, "There are many wonderful agricultural products in Nasu. We want to make bread that can only be eaten in Nasu, which is rich in nature," and the breads that make the most of the original flavor of the ingredients can only be enjoyed here. It is a very popular store, so if you want to be sure to purchase "Tochiotome from contract farmers," visit right after it opens.
