12:00 Sea Seat Restaurant Kobunato
Luxurious lunch with a lot of seasonal seafood with a view of the sea
Sashimi set menus full of the bounty of the sea are popular.
Hachinohe is one of the best port towns in Tohoku. To find the freshest seafood, head to a seafood restaurant along the coast. When you arrive, you will be surprised by the location. The restaurant stands on a rocky outcrop of land, offering a spectacular view of the ocean from its windows. Inside the restaurant is a spacious tatami room, so even those with children can enjoy their meal in a relaxed atmosphere.
We recommend the sashimi set meal, which is full of the bounty of the sea. The sashimi includes scallops, button prawns, and other sashimi caught in the cove right in front of the restaurant, as well as live ascidians, making it hard to decide which to try first. The "raw sea urchin bowl" is another specialty. Both menus are available only from May 15 to the end of August every year, but there are also a variety of year-round menus such as "Kaisendon" and "Grilled Fish Set Meal. The "Iso Ramen (salt flavored)" and "Hama Ramen (soy sauce flavored)" are popular among children.
