"Seasonal Japanese Tea Ceremony Sweets" of nikiniki

The Gion Festival version also appears on "Yatsuhashi cracknels" of a Kyoto famous kind of cake. The Gion Festival, an another name "pike eel festival" as if, a treat in summer of Kyoto, "pike eel (pike eel)".
