The restaurant has a kesu (fish tank) in the restaurant, where you can enjoy freshly-caught seafood dishes. The variety of ingredients available from the kesu depends on what is in stock that day. Enjoy Awamori born at Onna Brewery at a restaurant loved by locals
The restaurant has been serving home-style Okinawan cuisine for more than 20 years since its opening, and is loved by locals as well as tourists. To get into the Okinawan spirit, try the locally brewed awamori, which is often ordered by regular customers. One of the best is Manza, which is made at the same Onna Village brewery as the restaurant. It is easy to drink when mixed with water or soda. It goes well with "Soochka" (salted pork) and "Tofu Yo" (island tofu dipped in Awamori). Awamori cocktails, in which Awamori is mixed with tropical juices, are also available.

Shabu-shabu is a restaurant where you can enjoy Okinawa's brand-name pork shabu-shabu. You can choose your favorite pork from a total of five types: Agu pork, Yanbaru Island pork, Beni Buta, Longevity pork, and Ryubiton pork. Agu pork, which has a strong flavor, is the most popular, but for those who prefer a lighter taste, Beni Pork and Longevity Pork, which have a richer reddish flavor, are popular. The meat served in a special dipping sauce made by blending rafte broth with bonito broth is exquisite. The vegetable set includes green papaya, which is unique to Okinawa and offers a unique crunchy texture.

The restaurant is famous for its free live sanshin (Okinawan three-stringed instrument) performances held every day at 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The live music includes hand clapping and choreographing. The live music is a lot of fun, with people clapping their hands, joining in, and dancing the "Kachaasi" dance, in which they raise their hands and wave them left and right in time to the music. If you reserve a seat in advance, you can enjoy the live music right in front of you. On the open terrace seating, you can enjoy the music only through the speakers. Healthy Agu pork and island vegetables in a tajine hot pot.
This restaurant specializes in tajine hot pot using "Yanbaru Island Pork Agu. You can enjoy steaming and roasting Agu pork and island vegetables in a colorful conical tagine pot. Because it is cooked using only the water from the ingredients, the tagine pot is perfect for those who are health-conscious and can eat a lot of vegetables. The Yanbaru Island Pork Agu is characterized by its sweetness that melts in your mouth without any smell. The island vegetables such as bitter gourd, loofah, and red potatoes also have the flavor of the ingredients themselves. The finishing touch is a simple seasoning of Awakuni salt, black pepper, yuzu pepper, or vinegar.
The lard risotto with meat and vegetable broth is a must-have dish!
Another popular dish is lard risotto, which is made by adding lard, garlic soy sauce, and cheese to a broth full of the flavor of meat and vegetables after tajine steaming.
