There is a bagel shop at the foot of Zakimi Castle Ruins that is open only two days a week, Wednesdays and Saturdays. The lineup includes around 10 varieties. The bakery run by the owner, who aspired to be a professional boxer, is one of the most popular bakeries in the area. The owner, who was inspired to review his ingredients after his child developed allergies, uses local ingredients such as Okinawan salt, brown sugar, EM eggs, and island vegetables, and is particular about the flour, butter, olive oil, and milk used.

They use homemade natural yeast made from raisins and figs, and ferment the dough for a long time to produce bread with deep flavor. The storefront offers about 70 varieties of breads, from hard breads to prepared foods and sweet breads, as well as baked sweets, making it hard to choose just one.

The store used to be filled to capacity with three people, but in April 2021, it was expanded to more than double its size. It is now more than twice as spacious, making it easier to shop. The music played through the high quality speakers is also a must-see.

The bakery, located in a renovated foreign residence in a quiet residential area of Ginowan City, is so famous that bread lovers are not unaware of it. As soon as it opens, fans from all over the country visit the bakery and purchase the bread they want one after another.

The bread, which is filled with the owner's desire to "circulate life as energy in a perfect form," is simple, rich in flavor, and the more you bite into it, the more its deliciousness gradually spreads. The handmade stone oven is now in its fifth generation. Bread production begins early in the morning the day before baking, and is fine-tuned according to the temperature and humidity of the day while interacting with the yeast.

The most popular item is "Banana-Kokurure," a brown sugar dough kneaded with walnuts and raisins and filled with pesticide-reduced bananas.
