3MEON Ethical KICHEN & CAFE
Enjoy an elegant lunch time with a view of the beautiful garden.
This adult café allows you to enjoy lunch or tea while looking out over a beautiful private garden with a waterway. During lunch time, you can enjoy European regional cuisine prepared by a Belgian chef. One of the best dishes is "Warderzooie," a cocotte dish of salmon, cod, and shrimp simmered in a rich sauce. Flammkuchen, a dish from Alsace, France, made with whole wheat flour and baked like a thin pizza, is also popular.
Rare wines from "Ochigabi Winery," which produces fine wines in Yoichi Town, where grape cultivation is thriving, can also be enjoyed.
A place where you can experience the simple and rich life of the countryside
The restaurant is decorated with antique furniture in a European country style. In summer, there is an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a cup of tea with your dog. On the other hand, in winter, when the restaurant is covered in snow, you can enjoy the tranquil atmosphere with the sound of crackling wood from the fireplace in the restaurant.
The store also sells homemade confiture made from berries harvested on the premises, the chef's original parmesan oil, and wine.

4The Bird Watching Cafe
A pleasant time spent in a café in the forest
Located in the forest along the Chitose River, this photo gallery and cafe is owned by a famous bird photographer. Visitors can enjoy tea and meals while looking for wild birds through the windows. We recommend the "Striped Enaga Soft Ice Cream" featuring a small bird. The soft serve ice cream is made with pasteurized milk from Hokkaido and served with cocoa biscotti.
During lunch time from 10:30 to 14:30, hearty hot sandwiches are popular. Five types are available, including the "B.T.C." with thick-cut bacon, tomato and cheese, and the basil-scented "ITALIANO. You can also choose from a variety of bread types and side dishes.
Enjoy spotting wild birds and Ezo squirrels through the window
Birdhouses are placed in the trees visible from the windows of the cafe, and bird tables (feeding stations) are set up near the windows. If you sit at the counter by the window, you can see wild birds and Ezo squirrels that have come to feed at close range. During the winter season, if you are lucky, you may even catch a glimpse of the striped enaga, the snow fairy.
There is also an observation hut in the back of the café where you can take pictures of wild birds, and Guest/customers bring their cameras. In the gallery, visitors can take their time to view photos taken by the owner of the cafe, including those of the red-crowned nightingale and Blakiston's fish owl.

5Cafe Restaurant Mozart
Open only during daytime hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
The owner, who used to run a café in Niseko, moved to Chitose City in 2016 and opened this store. There is a field in front of the café, and they serve lunch and sweets using home-grown leafy vegetables, beans, and potatoes.
One of the owner's recommendations is the Apple Crumble. It is a sweet and sour sweet made with apples and is a standard snack in England and Ireland. Other handmade sweets, such as chocolate brownies, are all reputed to be delicious. The owner runs the shop alone, so it is recommended to make a reservation before visiting if possible.
A cozy atmosphere that makes you lose track of time
The restaurant has a very relaxing atmosphere with a grand piano and antique furnishings.
The only meal on the menu is the "omakase lunch," but the home-style dishes with plenty of vegetables are very popular. Dessert and coffee are also included, so you can enjoy your meal at your leisure. Of course, you can also order just tea or sweets.
In front of the cafe is a large vegetable garden. The owner usually enjoys working in the fields and opens the store on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. From summer to fall, fresh vegetables from the garden are sold in the store.

6Toa Coffee House Main Branch
A retro Showa-era coffee shop with a reputation for its food
This retro Showa-era coffee shop was established in 1974. The coffee is, of course, roasted in-house. While most major coffee makers roast their coffee using hot air, Toa Coffee House insists on direct roasting to bring out the aroma and richness of the coffee by heating the coffee to the core of the bean.
The meal menu is also popular, with many Guest/customers coming for the morning set from 8:00 to 11:00 and lunch from 11:00 to 14:00 on weekdays. The menu is as extensive as a Western-style restaurant, with items ranging from daily lunch specials to doria, curry, pilaf, pasta, and more. The atmosphere is easy to enter even for a single woman.
You can also taste our special coffee at New Chitose Airport!
Toa Coffee House is named after Toa Domestic Airlines, which once operated domestic passenger flights. Even though the airline has disappeared, this shop continues to make history. Recently, in addition to local regular customers, the number of foreign tourists has been increasing.
In 2018, a take-out coffee shop opened on the second floor of the airport's terminal building. Drip coffee for souvenirs is also available.
