The resort is an "agriturismo resort" ("agriturismo" is an Italian word meaning a rich leisure experience that includes staying in a natural farming village and experiencing agriculture), and its vast forested grounds are dotted with rice fields and clear rivers. First, register on the web to bring your dog at the entrance gate. After attaching the leash, you are ready to go inside!
The 300,000 m2 site includes Lake Rindo with a circumference of 2 km, a ranch where you can meet ponies, alpacas, and rabbits, and more than 25 attractions, offering a variety of ways to spend your time. A sightseeing boat ride with a view of the majestic Nasu Mountains is a great way to enjoy the exhilaration of the highlands. There is a dog run within the park where you can let your dog run around with energy, and you can also walk around the ranch area with your dog and see the animals. Café sells thick hamburgers and other casual lunch items, as well as the popular homemade dog breads "Sesame Dog Bread" and "Rye Dog Bread. The terrace seating at the cafe is dog-friendly, so you can spend a pleasant lunch time by the lake together.

This is a place to stop by on an exhilarating drive along the Nasu Highway lined with red pine trees. Entering through the villa-style entrance, you will find yourself in an open space with high ceilings and a rustic Italian atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of salads, soups, pastas, and pizzas, and you can order your favorite dishes a la carte. The restaurant is particular about its ingredients, using "Momotaro" tomatoes with a rich umami taste and home-milled wheat grown in the Naka River basin.

A majestic space where precious antique stained glass shines
Live pipe organ music and stained glass workshops are also available.
The stone museum, which looks like something out of a foreign movie, is elegantly set amidst a grove of trees and is decorated with antique European stained glass windows from the 1800s and 1900s. Many of them were made using techniques that have not been inherited today, and their delicate brilliance is breathtakingly beautiful. The chapel with a pipe organ, antique furniture and music boxes placed throughout, and all other spaces and furnishings create a dignified and solemn atmosphere. Pets are allowed to enter the museum with you in your arms or in a carry bag.
After visiting the museum, we recommend taking a commemorative photo with the beautiful building and the garden decorated with flowers and greenery in the background.

This is one of the must-do Activities at Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Nasu. You can experience the necessary farm work of the day, such as making fertilizer, sowing seeds, and harvesting. Under the supervision of Staff/staff members who are familiar with agriculture, it is a fresh and fun experience to work up a sweat after a long time in the soil. Pets are welcome to participate, as long as they are kept at a safe distance from other guests.

The Hammock Cafe is a pet-friendly hammock cafe located in a corner of the "Finnish Forest" sightseeing Property. The hammocks are mainly chair-type hammocks that are as comfortable as swings, and you can enjoy a wide variety of café menu items while swaying in the hammock. We recommend the "Nasu Pork Bread Stew," which is a slow-cooked thick cut loin of Nasu pork. The smoothies also come in a variety of flavors, making it a perfect place to visit for dessert or tea time.
Water and containers for dogs are available in the restaurant, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing and restful time with your dog.

14:00 Nasu Flower World
A spectacular view of colorful flowers blooming all over the hills and the five Nasu mountains
Icelandic poppies are at their best in mid-May.
Located on a plateau about 600 meters above sea level, this is a famous flower spot with a total area of about 5 hectares. In spring, starting with Icelandic poppies, nemophilas and other flowers bloom one after another, delighting guests' eyes. In early summer, roses and hemerocallis bloom, and from summer to fall, red and yellow catechu form stripes and carpets of flowers, while blue salvia also create a refreshing landscape. The park is lined with gently sloping hills, and there is a promenade where you can take a walk with your dog on a leash while viewing the flowers. The view of the five mountains of Nasu (Mt. Kurootani, Mt. Minamigetsu, Mt. Chausu, Mt. Asahi, and Mt. Sanbonjari, so we recommend bringing binoculars.
On the open terrace, you can purchase soft-serve ice cream and coffee from the store and take a break with your pet.
