How did you get hooked on local chain restaurants?

When I went to the Tenka Ippin ramen restaurant, I wondered why it tasted so much better at the main restaurant. This led me to visit the head stores of various chain restaurants. After visiting the head stores and first stores of national chain restaurants, I eventually shifted my focus to visiting local chain restaurants.

What are the points that ordinary people don't notice but are interesting here? What are some of the points that people usually don't notice?

I feel that the restaurants that locals, not tourists, use on a daily basis are the ones that are truly loved by the locals, and that mixing with them and eating the same food is what makes traveling gourmet and the best part of the trip for me.
It is the chain restaurants that are not in the gourmet books, that do not have a high number of restaurants on review sites, and that are the ones I usually go to.

Actually, I'm also a "XXX" fanatic!

I am actually a DJ. I mainly spin J-POP. I often perform at clubs and DJ bars, as well as at local outdoor festivals.

What is your "unforgettable destination" and why?

A long time ago, when I visited the first Hanamaru Udon restaurant, the Kida branch in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, I was very impressed to meet the manager of the Kida branch, who has been there since the establishment of Hanamaru Udon, and he made udon and tempura directly for me.
The curry at Hamanaru Udon is based on the curry that this manager used to make at home.

Is there anything you always take with you on a trip?

Mirrorless camera, mobile battery, and laptop computer (ThinkPad). We are always ready for interviews and to work anywhere.
