The inn is located along a mountain stream, and all rooms have a river view. After relaxing in the semi-outdoor hot spring that makes you feel as if you are blending into the scenery, the Meiji beef hot pot awaits you.

Local Guide FAQ
- What do you recommend in the Hakone area (places, experiences, food)?
Hayakawa, Nebugawa, and Enoura. Hayakawa is home to the Hayakawa Fishing Port, where you can enjoy the famous fried horse mackerel and shaved ice made from frozen fruit. Near Hayakawa is Nebukawa Station, the only unmanned station on the Tokaido Line, where you can see the sea through the ticket gates, creating an atmospheric atmosphere.
Enoura also has an atmospheric bakery called Mugidou and a wonderful place called Enoura Weather Station. Even if you don't know anything about architecture, you will be impressed by this place.
- Please sneak in some hole-in-the-wall places that you know because you live there.
I recommend ITHO DINING by NOBU, a teppanyaki restaurant in Gora. Produced by NOBU in Tokyo, the restaurant is available for lunch as well as dinner. It uses vegetables from Sagami Bay and Hakone and is a great place to eat local food. Another NOBU-affiliated restaurant, GORA brewery&grill, also offers a wide variety from appetizers to desserts.
- Where did you travel to last year and with whom?
Overseas, I went to California, USA, and in Japan to Akita, Aomori, Yamanashi, Nagano, Tochigi, Fukuoka, and Oita. I went to all of them with friends and visited the classic and photo-worthy spots. I will continue to travel in the future with the aim of conquering all 47 prefectures in Japan!
- What do you do on your days off?
I visit 3-4 cafes a day to discover new places to eat.
- Is there anything you always take with you on a trip?
I use my camera, guidebooks and gourmet books! I use books and SNS to decide where to go next.
