A long-established Jingisukan restaurant in Furano for over 40 years. Its unique Jingisukan, which is different from ordinary Jingisukan, is very popular. Ingredients (bean sprouts, onions, tofu, tsuki konnyaku, and cherry tomatoes) are arranged in grooves around the perimeter of a special pot developed in-house, and then broth is poured in. The meat is placed on the raised portion of the pot and grilled, then served with the well-cooked ingredients. The juicy flavor of the ingredients that have absorbed plenty of broth and the savory meat intertwine in the mouth, creating a unique taste. Many customers enjoy it sukiyaki style by adding eggs or udon noodles.

When the owner of "Western-style Junpei", a favorite of Biei residents for nearly 40 years, retired, the current owner, who was an ardent fan of the restaurant, took over the business, which was relocated and renovated as "Western-style food and cafe Junpei" in 2014. The signature dish, "Ebi-don," which carries on the taste of its predecessor, uses homemade bread crumbs made by grinding bread every day for the main fried prawn, and fried oil blended from lard and two types of vegetable oil. The light and crispy batter, the plump texture of the shrimp, the sweet and spicy sauce, and the rice are a trinity of deliciousness, and it is no wonder that Bieikko are crazy about this dish.
